What can I expect from the event?
Tyffonium is an immersive, next generation virtual reality experience that takes you into fascinating new worlds beyond imagination. The carefully curated experiences blend storytelling, next generation technology and interactive design to create memorable journeys.
You can select from 5 unique VR experiences -
- Corridor: Step into a beautiful but terrifying mansion that blends fantasy with reality
- Fluctus: Embark on a mysterious undersea adventure willed with mystical creatures
- Tarot VR: Go beyond simple Tarot reading to immerse yourself in the stories behind the cards
- Kaiju Haven VR: Ride with the fantastical Tsuburaya monsters in the world of Kaiju Haven
- IT Chapter Two: Carnival: Based on the horror franchise IT/THE END, enter the carnival grounds to rescue a missing child
Experience can be accessed at two convenient locations - Odaiba and Shinjuku
Where is the experience located?
Tyffonium Odaiba: DiverCity Tokyo Plaza 5F (1-1-10, Aomi, Koto-Ku, Tokyo )
Located on the fifth floor of Diver City Plaza Tokyo, this facility allows visitors to casually enjoy VR attractions while shopping. It can be enjoyed by children and adults alike, making it ideal for couples, friends and families.
Access:
- Yurikamome: Daiba Station South-Exit(5 min. on foot)
- Rinkai Line: Tokyo-Teleport Station Exit-B(3 min. on foot)
Tyffonium Shinjuku: Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo South Tower 2F (2-2-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo)
Located in the Keio Plaza Hotel, this establishment has opened as a luxury entertainment facility. One of its attractions is its proximity to Shinjuku Station and easy access. Taking advantage of its location, the restaurant can be used for a variety of situations, including dates, refreshment after work and gatherings of friends. The hotel also offers reciprocal benefits with the Keio Plaza Hotel, allowing you to enjoy dining and accommodation at a reduced price.

- JR / Private Railway / Subway Shinjuku Station West Exit(5 min. on foot)
- Toei Oedo Line Tochomae Station Exit B1(1 min. on foot)
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, this experience includes around 10 mins of preparation + approximately 15 mins of play time.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Tyffonium Odaiba: Yes, there is parking available; please, use the "DiverCity Tokyo Plaza" parking lot. Please note that parking fees will be applied as designated by the venue’s parking management company.
Tyffonium Shinjuku: Yes, there is parking available; please, use the "Keio Plaza Hotel" parking lot. Please note that parking fees will be applied as designated by the venue’s parking management company.
Do I need to arrive early to the experience?
Yes, please arrive at the reception desk of the Tyffonium experience 10 minutes before the start of your experience. Remember that late entry will not be allowed.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Who can access the event?
There are certain restrictions on who can attend the experience. Corridor and IT are for ages 13 and up only; other attractions are for ages 7 and up only (under 13 requires parental consent).
The following persons are not permitted to experience this program: Pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, high blood pressure, poor physical condition, those with neck, spinal cord, heart, or respiratory problems, or those who have experienced convulsions or consciousness disorders due to light stimulation.
Please consult us in advance if you have any of the following conditions: Wheelchair users, people with difficulty walking, people with hearing impairment, people with visual impairment.
Those who do follow the guidelines may be denied entry or asked to leave the venue.
Is there Virtual Reality?
Yes, this is a Virtual Reality experience. There are certain restrictions on who can attend the experience. Please refer to the “Who can access the event?” question above for details.
Please note that:
- The event is not suitable for those who easily get motion sickness or VR sickness, those who are uncomfortable with strong light, intense sounds and height.
- VR glasses are not available for those with glasses. Contact lenses can be used but it may be difficult to see.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes, there will be merchandise available at Tyffonium Odaiba, for the IT / Kaiju rides.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking?
A maximum of 4 reservations can be made per attraction at the same time. For special requests, please contact us.
ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Please contact us in advance if you require wheelchair accessibility so we can coordinate accordingly.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Please consult us if you have visual or hearing impairments.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event includes strobe lights. Experience is not permitted for those under the influence of alcohol, high blood pressure, poor physical condition, neck or spinal cord, heart or respiratory system diseases, and those who have experienced convulsions or loss of consciousness due to light stimulation.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
There are some seats available for you to have a break, however many of the experiences contain walkthrough elements.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Tyffonium Odaiba: please use the restrooms in DiverCity Tokyo Plaza.
Tyffonium Shinjuku: please use the restrooms in the Keio Plaza Hotel.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed at this experience, not even with your mobile phone.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Lost and found items can be dropped off and picked up at the reception desk. Please contact the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is there a storage room available?
Luggage baskets are available. Please consult us for large items.
Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 7 years of age (under 13 requires parental consent), although the Corridor and IT attractions are for ages 13 and up only.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
